Puzzle City puts the player in the shoes of a newly hired construction manager in a unique combination of city building simulations and block-dropping puzzle arcade action. Revitalize 48 different cityscapes as you build homes, factories, shopping malls, schools, fire stations, and more!

With the help of Biff and his construction crew, the player must utilize power-ups to bulldoze unnecessary buildings, freeze, reverse, break up or detonate construction pieces, and spray paint new colors across multiple stages, including snow-covered mountains, deserts, swamps, and even a lunar colony.
